Physical Therapist PT Full Time

We are currently offering a $10,000 Bonus for FT Physical Therapist hires.

Gretna Health & Rehabilitation Center in Gretna, Virginia is seeking a caring, warm-hearted Physical Therapist who is currently licensed in Virginia or is a graduate from an approved Physical Therapist program and is actively working toward obtaining licensure. Our in-house team of compassionate physical, occupational, and speech therapists provides rehab services in a state-of-the-art rehab gym. Whether you are a seasoned professional or at the beginning of your career, utilize your talents as a Physical Therapist to improve the lives of others.

 

The Physical Therapist evaluates residents, develops effective treatment plans, and obtains approval for service from the referring physician. Treats residents according to the physician’s treatment plan. Participates in discharge planning. Records evaluation, treatment, and charges. Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides. Screens residents for potential benefit from PT intervention.

 

Requirements:
•Virginia Physical Therapy License
•Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills.

Occupational Therapy Assistant OTA

Gretna Health & Rehabilitation Center in Gretna, Virginia is seeking a caring and dedicated Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join an outstanding rehab team. Our therapists experience the daily joy of enriching the lives of others, while building genuine relationships with patients. Become part of an enthusiastic and dedicated team of professionals who share their positive attitudes and compassionate hearts with every patient, family, and co-worker.

The COTA is responsible for implementing treatment programs established by the Occupational Therapist in accordance with all state and federal regulations. They collaborate with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being for the residents.

Requirements

  • Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) will hold licensure Degree as outlined by the Board of Occupational Therapy in the employment state.
